    If the person wants, imo.

    Should be a choice though unless something is incredibly wrong.

    I'll find a way to make it an even number of votes.... like add a published poll as a voter or something...

    Sorry if anyone got left out... I need these people to PM me with a preseason top 40 by July 30.... I will try and get one out on August 1st just to see what it looks like...
