My good friends own this place, but it gets booked up fast, around an Hr. from BTR. Its booked for Sept. cause that would be Gator season, an you get to see Troy Landry bring them in. Belle River, Pierre Part and Lake Verret. Also PMaw's Bait shop are all nearby.

This is another place on Belle River, I also know the owners...

What is with this 350 mile stuff? If you pigeon hole yourself into going to freaking Ar-Kansas then I won't be much help. Get on some travel apps and book yourself a sweet deal and fly my friend, fly, fly away.

You know you can't keep all those hours that you bill to those poor bastard clients that book you at the "firm". Spend that shit homie, lots of life out there so go live it and quit being a tight ass.

    1. Drive to new Orleans or Galveston and get on a cruise ship. They are practically giving them away.

    2. Fly to some place awesome like Phoenix. Hotter than 2 squirrels fucking in a wool sock but it's the off season so everything is cheap.

    3. Myrtle Beach

    4. Dallas/Ft Worth if you want big city living, some of the best live music (stockyards) shopping for the Mrs, those Texans just have it all.

    5. Branson. Little piece of heaven locked away from the rest of the world. If you get bored there you may need to check for a pulse.

He's talking this weekend, getting a cheap flight, don't know.

I do like Branson, but its a little over 500 mi. drive.

I've never been to Branson. I always thought if it as a sort of Hee Haw Vegas without the gambling.

Great get-away place, we love it up there. Too many things to do. Great stop young and old can enjoy.

Alright so it's settled. @wjray is taking his lovely wife to Branson. Take an extra half day off of work and head north on 55 I think it is. Enjoy.

Exactly. He will take the firm's G6 or he will quit being a penny pincher and take a nice drive up there. Ain't that far if you plan it right. Plus LOTS of woods to stop off and "sight see" for people that are still in love and all that stuff.
