do you guys think that beating them will be sweeter than beating #1 Florida in 97'? How will it rank with the great games in Tiger Stadium? :geaux:

It would not be as sweet as beating the Gators. Because we have beaten Auburn numbers of times before, But we dont beat florida that much and beating Steve Spurrier is always sweet!

i don't think Auburn will be undefeated, but even if they are, I don't think they'll be #! at that time.

I think there's a good chance Auburn will be undefeated, but I think it's very possible we will be as well. Wouldn't THAT be something? It'll be a great, great game.

No-Way, Auburn plays @ Arkansas this year and Arkansas has won 4 of the last 5 against Auburn. Nutt has Tubbys number.

Using similar logic, Auburn is "due" for a win there. It's a new game, new year, anything can happen.

Nothing is better than the "first time"

Beating a #1 ranked Auburn team would be awsome. But, there is nothing like the first time you beat the #1 team. It is the mark of a great program once you kinda expect to beat the good teams that come in. By the time the AU game rolls around I expect us to be highly ranked as well.

    Should be a great game.
