As much as we're used to seeing the Aints snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, Detroit fans can probably say 'hold my beer'. I think I saw a stat today that said they've blown more double digit and 4th Q leads then any other team in the league the last several years.
Why do you guys keep calling them that? I won’t even give that stupid name the dignity of typing/saying it. We won a SB. We will NEVER be that stupid name again. It’s extra bad when our own “fans” say it. Did I mention it’s a stupid name? It’s certainly not true, hasn’t been for a while and won’t ever be true again. Smh. Such a stupid thing to say.
I dunno. I think it falls into the prerogative of Louisiana sports enthusiast to be particular about team outcomes. But I also agree in that the saints shouldn't have to ever win the fans over again. The paper bags were legend, but I doubt you will see anymore in the dome again, unless it's a paper bag alumni or something almost credible.
