    Yes, Sonny Dykes.

That's who we should go after.

It's a no-brainer. You pair his talents with that of a great LSU D and you get a powerhouse like you have never seen before.

Would Miles let him call the plays?

Mike Stoops, who's brother Bob once employed Leach, just got permission to talk to Sonny about the Arizona OC position. They talk Thursday according to the unconfirmed report.

Preaching to the choir. But I wonder if Miles told Fisher to run 3 times. Everyone speculates that Miles changes Fish's play calls. I wish Miles would have the balls to own up to that. Maybe Fish wants to play wide open all the time and Miles rejects it. Saban was accused of the same thing. Someone needs to tell the truth.

We poke fun at Arkansas and Florida for their "gimikie" offensive schemes and/or being too one-demionsional. TT is the poster boy for gimikie offenses. Sure, it's high-powered and scores a lot of points in college, but look at what they've done vs top end competition? Nothing. Anytime TT met a stiff defense, that offense they run hit the crapper (they got OWED by 'Bama last year in the Cotton bowl for crying out load!).

A pass-heavy offense that hardly ever runs the ball (Leach already made a comment about not liking to run--thought it was a waste of time) in the SEC????!! Ugh, thanks, but NO THANKS!

Should Jimbo leave, I don't have anyone in particular, but I would want someone well-versed in a pro-style, BALANCED attack...Perhaps someone with a resume' for extensive work developing a few QB's--or at least having worked with some notable ones.

One thing I do know Sonny Dykes won't go to the Razorbacks right now. Not with all those people like Dick, Nutt and Penix there.

Could be worse, isl. He could have gone to FSU while that guy D. Fagg is there.

Jimbo has confirmed that Miles changes the calls.....just not publicly and for obvious reasons. Jimbo maintains good friendships with many ex players who privately confirm that he is not happy about the situation at all. It will be very surprising if Jimbo does not bolt after the season. Seems that most of the conservative play calling rests with Miles.
