What strike's me about all these above replies is that, while the specific games may differ, the passion for LSU Sports is so visible in the undercurrent of the replies I read.

Having grown up in Tiger Stadium in the fabulous 50's, I can personally testify that the passion was there back then and lives on today. I know I feel it all year and can hardly wait until next football season to start.

1 Ole Miss 1970 - (61-17) it rained oranges - the first night TV game from Tiger Stadium

3 Florida State 1982 - (55-21) it rained oranges again - and fog
4 Florida 1997 (28-21)
5 Sugar Bowl 2004 (21-14)
