It's not a crime for trump to intentionally mislead. For those that want to add this to the obstruction pile it's sonething for pro trumpers it's nothing
Correct.... but it shows to prosecutors and to Congress that he's willing to lie and obstruct. It also contradicts his own previous statements and those of his attorneys and spokespersons. How does a public persona of intentional falsehood help him in any way?
I agree and don't see how this helps him in any way. He has to learn that this a lot bigger than the family business.
Trump's scrambling to deflect attention away from Russia-gate, trying to cover his involvement, more than anything he wants the investigation to end,.. his crimes haven't been revealed yet. I think he's about ready to have a psychotic episode.
Here is what doesn't make sense to me: If Trump is not guilty of colluding then why does he continue to try to derail this investigation? Why not just let it run it's course and get past it? No one on this board will be surprised to hear me say that I do not like Trump. That being said, I have a financial and business interest in seeing him be successful. Hell, we all do. If he's not guilty of anything then why not get past it all and move on?
