Dhead will feel better in a couple of days. The game was stressful and we'd all like to relax a little more in the 4th quarter. When LSU lined up for that FG at 1:46 I had mentally prepared my self for a loss. When Auburn took the field in OT, I was ready to be depressed after another one of those back of the endzone completions. In the end, I was happy as could be and relieved. IMO, Auburn was much better than I thought they'd be. They missed NO tackles, they pressured JR constantly and they ran the ball on our very solid run defense. Some people blow off steam by finding some aspect to criticize. In the coming week we'll hear about dropped passes, JR's tendency to lock in on a receiver, "unimaginative" playcalling (whatever the hell that is) and how lucky we are to keep winning these nailbiters. In the final analysis, the good teams, the championship teams ,win those games. I'll take the win and be just as pleased as if we had won 31-0.

This AU team is a vastly different team than the one that played GT in the opener. Not to mention, they were much more motivated against a conference opponent.

If you strictly want to look at the AU team that played Ga tech, then consider this....Kenny Irons was our 3rd string TB at the time.

Your team has shown a lot of improvement since Ga. Tech.

Our team has shown some improvement since Tenn. but i just have the feeling coming out of LSU games that we are not playing to full potential.

Some teams play to max potential with less talent and win .
Some teams with alot of talent dont maximize it and still are able to win most of them.

Some teams with alot of talent that play to max potential blow even good teams out.

I see us in the alot of talent not playing to the maximum of our potential but still able to win.

I'll always have the sound in my mind.

It was perfectly quiet as the ball sailed from the Auburn line on it's way to the uprights.

    Then it happened.

    PING!

    HA HA HAAAA.

These type of games are taking their toll on me. My hand was shaking last night from the time we kicked the field goal to tie through OT. Why must they win like this? I'm grateful for a win but why can't they put a decent team away early. They are killing me.

Thank God some of you are not a coach.....you might have an aneurism or a stroke on the sideline and die.

haha i agree. LSU makes every game exciting in a terrifying way. I am confident going into bama, the multible drop balls will not happen again this season
