the drug is called unisom dummy. fleet week is always cool because of all the cool boat traffic passing by in the hudson river. plus i always get a chuckle out of those incredibly stupid 1971-style navy white outfits.
Moderation is important. My son gets to play 30 minutes a day, and he does t-ball and taekwondo 3 times a week. No sedentary lifestyles in my house!
