Does anyone have any links to some interviews with Stromile Swift or any other info? I've only been watching him play for two seasons... and the media in Tennessee barely ever talks to him. Would love to be able to get to know him better as a person. Also, does anyone have access to any of Stromile's old LSU games on tape or DVD? I'd love to be able to see some of his college games. ~ Eric S.
I found a few pics in my LSU folder from years gone by. This is all I have. Here is a link to other photos http://www.geocities.com/michael_dickerson8/stromile_swift/pictures/photo_stromile_swift-e.html
Try this link, this guy has tapes for baseball, basketball and football. Good luck, hopefully you will become an LSU fan as well , there is always room for one more ! http://webpages.charter.net/lsumac/index.html
Thanks everyone for the info. I'm curious to see how Stromile has developed over his first few seasons.... he is extremely unpopular in memphis. One thing I don't understand: ?? ~ Eric S.
Oh yeah, if anyone has any links to interviews with Swift i would love to see them! (please) ~ Eric S.
That was more for our resident posters. John Brady and his current/future employment with LSU has been the subject of quite the heated debate. His detractors would have you believe, true or not, that he has not recruited quality players/individuals capable of sticking with the team long enough to better the program.
Why is he unpopular? "he is extremely unpopular in memphis." Why is that so? To be honest, I don't remember any specifics from the interviews he gave while at LSU, but he seemed to be a hard worker and a nice guy. Not a scholar, but articulate enough. He was popular at LSU (mostly because of his skills) and we hated to see him go. I keep waiting to hear great things about him at the pro-level. From your line of questioning, it sounds like he is unpopular because of some personality issue. Was it something he said or did off the court to piss people off?
