USC has always and will always play second fiddle to UCLA in Los Angeles. They have had one top recruit in basketball that UCLA wanted and that was Mayo. Tim Floyd can come back where he has a chance to rebuild a program that Brady ran into the ground in spite of a Final Four appearance just couple of years ago. Personally, I'd like to see Anthony Grant come here. Floyd probably wants to come back but I'd go a different direction.
I don't agree with that statement. Of course football is far and away king but basketball is second ahead of baseball. I would put the womens basketball program right up with the baseball program.
No idea. Just my opinion. Certainly on a national stage womens basketball is more of a draw over baseball.
I am starting to think it might be someone that has'nt been mentioned. If it was Grant I think we would have heard something by now since his season ended last week. Maybe they are looking at a coach that is still coaching at this point. Either way I think we hear something real soon.
if you are looking at young coaches that are still coaching what about Travis Ford. For one he has turned around the Umass program and two he knows what it takes to play and win in the SEC.
