In as much of a cluster fuck as this election has been, I fear for the America that is coming in the future from the gross and utterly pathetic president being set in this monster of a scene before us. Sad knowing it is all downhill from here. These 2 assholes shouldn't be in charge of running a day care much less the country.
Every four years roughly 50-60% of eligible voters bother to show up and exercise their right to vote, and in between, during the congressional election years, even fewer people show up to the polls. Couple this with the fact that the American people are busier than ever before so very few people have the time, or the willingness, to keep up with what is going on politically so they turn to the media for answers. But the media is a partisan tool now and both sides have their media. So these people who are busier than ever turn to their preferred news source for an hour or so at the end of the day to find out what is going on and they get one side of the story. Eventually, when enough people are uninformed and have to rely on partisan media for answers, and half of those folks don't bother to vote anyway, we end up with an election like this one.
One needs only to tune into Tigerfan to get the same effect. I don't even bother reading a quarter the shit you guys have to say.
What? You mean you don't like reading all of our expert opinions? LOL....I'm joking of course. The shit can get pretty deep around here....me included. That said, I wouldn't take the TF Free Speech Alley as my paradigm of hope for American politics.
