I stated it was a perceived insult, thus leaving open the possibility that Red was, indeed, yanking on my chain.

Military recruiters told to accept gay applicants - Yahoo! News

You know what this tells me, the justice department wants a stay because when this goes through, and gays are allowed to openly serve, they want to take all the credit for it.

I don't understand what the big issue is, if you're a christian, then you believe the word of the bible as Gods word... yet he says homosexuality is an abomination, what's hard to understand about that?
But if Lesbians and Gays want to marry, then let them move to Iowa... there's plenty of room in the corn fields for them to hold hands, dance in circles and rejoice in their newly forged unions.

On the flip side, over 50% of marriages end in divorce within 9 years, let them marry, and then they can understand what it's like to have 50% of their chit handed off to the other party.

I'm not a religious individual, I just posted that as another view point that some may hold. Just trying to add to the topic of conversation.
In all honesty, while I don't necessarily agree with it, gay marriage doesn't really effect me in any way, shape or form so I really don't care either way. Imo, like someone said already, there's more pressing matters that need addressing and should garner more attention than this topic. That's all I have to say about that. :thumb:
