Well, as I also said, my family has helped out a family that was displaced. We've been getting them food. We have bought them clothes. Everyhting they own in the world is stored in my house. So to say that I havent helped out or done anything for that is bull****. Dont speak that of which you dont know. I'm sorry for your loss and the loss of your friends, but dont sit here and act like I do nothing when you dont know. I'm not using my radio as a crutch. But, I've heard from a lot of people that the work that WJBO did in covering the storm was very helpful. I was part of that coverage and I take pride in the fact that I helped out in that manner. :thumb:
Not bashing you in anyway, whatever you choose to do or not do is your own problem, BUT can you explain to me how the above statement makes any sense? Just wondering because I know that batteries dont last very long in radios and not many people keep extras on hand.
Trust me, we got calls for a week solid from people who didnt have power that could only use the radio as a source of info.
What does talking to Brett have with your choice of not contributing to this sports forum you use to whore your radio show out on nonstop? Of course Brett would tell you there is no need to contribute, it is a free forum. Duh! We want it to be open and available to all visitors who participate. That's besides the point here. Your words are forever meaningless here because of the way you use this forum for your own personal benefit. Oh and as for your hurricane coverage -- I did hear you a couple of times, once was I believe the Wednesday night after the storm. You were off in the Essen area or something and you were cracking off jokes on the air when they went to you. Very classy indeed. People were in dire circumstances, some were listening and calling in for help.... and you are cracking off jokes... a sign of your extended adolescence. You entered here with zero respect and now have even less than that! You have accomplished the impossible.

It's not that I dont want to pay it. If it was about just handing someone 20 bucks I'd be glad to. I dont have a credit card or anything like that. I have to go through my dad to get all that stuff. To be honest, I'm not going to ask him to put his credit card down to pay 20 bucks for a message board. If you dont want me here b/c im allegedly a free loader, I will go until I pay it.
