Addai had the bad leg in 2003 and JV and Alley stepped up bigtime...

I'm sure JV and Addai will do the same this year if need be. It's nice having three rb's that have all started numerous SEC games.....

Well, no matter when the injury occured, a team cannot play on Saturday's in the fall if they don't scrimage in the summer.

Even Nick had some full contact scrimages. heck, that's how Amp got hurt.

I heard that he WAS carted off the field and he was down for about 10 minutes. There was a lot of concern. This is second hand from a guy who was at practice, so take it for what is worth.

if he didn't tear any ligaments, and its only a sprain, expect him back for north texas, if not, ASU.

    BUT

He's got to stay off of it and take care of it.

So when will we get a definitive answer on this injury? I'd like to know the extent of this injury.

I didn't hear anything about that, but I would guess the Sunday paper would be a good spot...

Or if they don't leak it to the paper, then Monday by Coach Miles himself.

You def have to hope its nothing serious...I was hoping that Alley would have a great year b/c I really like his mentality and his style of play. I like the hard nosed, lunch pail type runner. But, if it is an injury that requires a long time out of the line up, atleast LSU has 3 good backs to fill the void.
