By the way which countries are second world. You never hear anybody talking about them. The USA, Canada and western Europe are first world. We all know who the third world countries are but what about the neglected second world?

Traditionally the second world meant iron curtain or former soviet nations.

Well I think you are doing the old liberal shuck and jive there podnuh. Take a look at those cities, they all have 2 things in common. 1. Every one of them a shit hole 2. Every one of them run by democrats for decades. You can't deny that. This isn't about food stamps or trailer trash.

Sure it is, thats what everyone in this thread brought up. Cherry picking and living in a vacuum. as usual, but carry on, ignore the cause and highlight the symptoms as usual.

So whats the cause? Surely you do not suggest that the cause rests on anyone but the individuals correct?

no need to discuss it, most people here have tunnel vision and not honest enough to have a discussion.

I more than anyone believe in personal responsibility.
