    well of course which is why i brought it up. however there's way to measure something so subjective then and now so its not fact.

    two things about those charts:

    i dont see how any country can have 100% literacy like those charts indicate, unless i dont understand what 100% means.

    the generosity chart does not include private donations. so the worst possible thing is to be high on the chart, since it just money taken from people for forced charity.
