Thanks!!! I'm glad that for the most part people are positive about all of this...this team never made excuses for anything happening this year and I'm so proud of every one of them...if anyone sees them, be sure to tell them!

What is going to be your beef with Smoke next year when we win the CWS? That they didn't win by a bigger margin? No matter - there is no point spread in baseball.

    TNT: Go soak your head

    in a bucket of crap.

The LSU baseball team and the coach did an outstanding job this year.

They EXCEEDED every reasonable expectation of all of the baseball experts.

There are a lot of jealous fans of other schools that love to taunt us LSU fans. I've got a hunch that you are one of them.

Is this the same guy that posted "there is no excuse for this loss" on another thread????

I see a hint of multiple personality disorder. :D

...And please enlighten us. What would you have done differently? How would you have avoided 2 and out? Surely, you have the answers. Let's hear them.

Re: Re: TNT: Go soak your head

The tone of my post "no excuse" was completely lost in the translation. My intent was to convey the sense of frustration that you and I feel when we get a "C" on a test that we know that we should have gotten an "A" on. We got the C, because we had a rare bad day. We didn't concentrate, or whatever. We know that we get the A four times out of trying five times. We are frustrated at ourselves for getting the C, and we say to ourselves: "There is no excuse for me getting a C on that test."

Now, if you've done your best and a C is the most you are going to achieve, nobody needs to be in your face yelling, "There's no excuse for getting that C."

My post was not meant to be like the latter situation, but like the former. I'll bet that the LSU baseball team knows that they should have won that game against SC.
