Has anyone come up with a Link where he said "OLE MISS." I subscribe to TigerBait and NOTHING I have seen says anything about this... Also, some of you guys are pretty quick to change you mind about a guy the second an INTERNET RUMOR comes up saying he may look at another school....

why is auburn here trying to validate the fact they were dumped by a major recruit on national tv for LSU....even if he flunks out or whatever, move on. He's not going to Auburn, get over it.
Not sure if you were referring to me or not, but I'm not trying to validate anything. I'm sure we aren't going to get him this year and I'm not too worried about it. I was just trying to post a clip from an article I saw on an Auburn site that I thought you guys might be interested in bc it gives you some insight into his decision. Sorry if you don't want it.
Re: How so? The problem is, we as fans don't always know the true circumstances behind the scenes, but we're quick to act as though we do and bash someone for what we see on the surface. I'm not gonna act as though I know this kid's true character, cause I don't. I don't think it's fair to judge a kid's character based on what he does during this this madness we call recruiting.
Re: How so? Good point. Agreed. I think it's a little silly to hang on every word uttered from these kids' mouths. I'm as guilty s the next fan. The bottom line is that in the long run it's better if the kid goes where he really wants to go -- if he doesn't want to go to LSU he won't be happy and won't be productive anyway. As much as I bleed purple and gold, Miles' livelihood depends upon making sound coaching staff hires and recruiting the best kids he can get. I am sure he will get a qualified DC and will salvage a decent recruiting class. So I'll take a chill pill. I still don't necessarily see the Saban lovefest, whatever you want to say, we were left in the lurch. And what is so special about the Miami Dolphins, other than Wayne Huizengas' bank account?
