Yes it is, but in every job, you have those 15%.

 

But it is really more than 15% likely. I agree with the assertion that majority go with the flow. Whatever direction that is.

 

I use to push the other way, but that was just me.

Then again, everyone knows who the 15% are in a profession.

 

Most good cops will cover up for a bad cop or just look the othe way.

 

In my work it is more like the 80 -20 rule. It doesn't matter what your race or nationality.
