Well other than the fact that Saddam's army had fallen apart, his air force didn't exist, he had no chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, nor did he have any programs to produce them, and other than the fact that there is NO evidence whatsoever to indicate that Saddam Hussein was allied with Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaida, and in fact was probably hostile to Bin Laden, as Bin Laden was to him, and other than the fact that there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever to indicate that Saddam Hussein intended to attack America or aid those who wanted to, well...... ...other than the fact that Saddam Hussein was totally incapable of defeating Luxembourg's army, let alone attacking New York City, well..... ....I guess you got it pretty much right on the nose.
