Win the remainder of our SEC games and we take our shot at the East winner. We win the remainder including the SEC Champioship and we probably make the NC game. If we lose again we are out of the NC game.

No, go tigers. AU wins and that gives the hogs 3 losses in the conference. We go in tied with auburn next week and the winner has pretty much guaranteed their spot in the championship. If we cannot beat auburn head to head, WE DO NOT DESERVE to be in the SEC championship game IMO.
That makes pretty much no sense. I understand what you are saying, but its ridiculous to not hope for every possible advantage that LSU can get as far as SEC standings. I'd much rather share 1st in the west with Bama have a three way split inclusive of Auburn.
if we beat Ole miss,auburn and alabama the west is ours going to ga. having said that it all starts with auburn and one at a time. we need to stop thinking NC and think winning the west and SEC now. Take care of our business and take our chances. To win the NC you need breaks to go your way and have an easy schedule. Ity sets up well for Ohio st. this year. Easy easy easy easy easy out of confewrence games and only a couple of tough conf games. The SEC is just murderers row now. There are no easy games. Even the vanderbilt,miss st and ole miss will play with anybody.
