JaMarcus dissapointed so many with his immaturity and waste of talent both at LSU and in the NFL. That being said if he has learned from his mistake and truly ready to assume the responsibility of leadership the I hope he gets his shot. He has the physical talent and f he can perform mentally then he could be a first class QB. He wasn't a bad person just lazy & immature. I am cheering for him and hope he has success whether in football or for the rest of his life.
I don't know that he "wasted his talent" at LSU. My last memory is of LSU fans cheering "one more year" at him after the Sugar Bowl.
He must be completely broke by now. Last we heard from him was that lengthy SI article, where he was perfectly happy to sit in that barber shop in Mobile all day and never play another down of football, surrounded by ass-kissers who were all too happy to bleed him dry.
