Piggy backing on red...... your boy, for the "Next Elway" sure isn't creating any separation- in fact, of the three, (Jimmy Clausen, Demetrius Jones and Evan Sharpley) here's what Weiss said after the spring game:

 

So I suppose that should Claussen not pan out as the next John Elway, you will merely say that ND does not try to recruit John Elways, just QB's who will win NC's? Pa-lease. He was the best QB in this class by most experts opinions yes, but that does not make him the most coveted QB since Elway. Besides, the fact that he turns 19 in just a couple of months should raise some flags right there.
