Players with strong draft prospects are given 6-figure loans from banks well before the draft even occurs.

Rooting for Brodie to be dishing the assists to Bowe? :hihi:

If it said LSU Boy with a tiger would it still be cheesy? No. You'd think it was cool as hell.

This is similar to something...Bama fans went into an uproar when Deshea Townsend gave a shout-out to his High School in Mississippii instead of the Capstone during the "Meet the Defense" interviews in the beginning of the '05-06 Super Bowl.

It was small and no big deal....Similar to this...No need to hate him or quit following him!

Then that settles the question of where he got it. It would mean he bought it and it wasn't given to him.

    From your User Agreement:

Do not create a post asking that a member be banned or that a post be deleted. Please contact us at [email protected] or use the "Report this post to a moderator" link at the bottom of each message.

Three comments, I have been to TideFans many times:

    1. TideHSV didn't start the thread, he just contributed something that was interesting enough to spin off a new thread. People only get banned for violating the rules repeatedly or for being 1st-post flamers. Nobody gets banned just for annoying someone. Geez, I'd have to ban myself.

    2. I have been to TideFans.com. I say exactly what I want with no flaming and I've never been deleted, much less banned with over 1,000 posts. I've been warned a time or two, because they are an extremely sensitive board with rigid zero-tolerance policies. Sometimes showing pride in your own team can be taken for boasting. But every forum has its own style.

    3. In my experience, Tidefans is as rough on their own fans as they are with visitors. Oh, veterans are cut a little slack, but Bama newbies are regularly scolded. You have to have a thick skin if you visit rival forums . . . and you have to be polite.

Very true, but we do have our rules, too. Tigerforums is basically a no-censorship zone on controversial topics, as long as the User Agreement is respected. We are strict on smack-talkers, though, and forbid personal attacks, but we allow a lot more good-natured banter with opponents than Tidefans does. Every forum has its own style and it's always smart to remember where you are.
