i think he meant twins management wont allow it. 300k was offered the other day and is a healthy amount but wont be near enough to sign him. and thats a good thing.
They do slot, but they also ignore the slotting on many ocassions for scenario's like this one. But the commish doesn't have anything to do with the slotting, that's GM's and agents.
