If he were to transfer, why would he do it in the spring before spring practice and a qb competition? That doesn't make sense.
None at all, I think he would at least try to compete for the job, before even thinking about transfering.
How juvenile can it get? I googled "worst fan of a major college football program" and it came up with you. How does making such a rude comment about a Tiger player do him, the team, the school, us, or you any good at all? The guy was supposed to be 3rd string and got thrown to the wolves because Perrilloux was a slacker. Lee did his best and he will get better. The team needs fan support, not mindless bitching.
Take out the quotes, genius, and see what comes up. The thread starter asked if Lee could recover from such a bad freshman season and also asked if there were any others that did. I said to google worst college QBs to see if there were any that may have bounced back, you know, to see if there were any discussions from a year or so ago trashing a guy that today is fairly solid. Good grief.
Ya know...in Red's defense, you HAVE been known to trash Lee a lot. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for the above, but it's easy to see how he and others took it to be another shot at a clearly snowed-under freshman player. Try being a little more positive and less sarcastic if you want people to NOT assume you mean the worst.
wait, you think miles is hard on him? i cant see him being hard on anyone. he seems like the guy that is gonna put his arm around you and pull you close and say...."its gonna be alright son, we'll get em next time, keep your chin up."
