All his interviews were "It's Florida & Alabama" We lost Cate because his father is a Multi-Millionaire who spends most of his time on his son's athletic career. They call his High school "Catewood" not Cottonwood in Utah. Also very interesting that Perrish Cox switched to OSU, Cate's team, to probably play WR first, with CB second. yep, if we can get a 4star QB to be behind perriloux, that would be awesome. get another this year or next and we should be very well off. i just think it would be hard to get any commits with RP in the wings. if these guys stay, that will be the most important thing. never hurts to getthe early commits tho
Re: Jarrett Lee signs with LSU That's the first time I've heard your info on that subject, can you substantiate that? Cox didn't qualify and is going to JC, so its basically a moot point. After Jai Eugene came to LSU it was academic regardless.
Re: Jarrett Lee signs with LSU This is a especially nice pickup because it's a need position, and also early enough to positively sway some other recruits (that WR from Texas). Many are saying that Lee could be the best QB coming out of the state of Texas. I'm wondering if his stats could be inflated due to the system he plays in, but by the number of offers he's gotten I'd say that college coaches feel confident he can be a good college QB.
Re: Jarrett Lee signs with LSU tolliver is prolly gonna come here regardless but this helps a lot. he was given 5 stars on rivals but UT wants him as a cb not wr. he wants to play wr so they won't offer him. He has said that he really likes that we got lee and would really like to play with him. also we are still after cameron newton qb from GA.
