Randall was running a "curl" route when the ball was thrown as if Lee expected him to run a fly.

Watch the replay. Lee had already released the ball before Randall made his cut

    A-...

He is a little too jumpy. Get mobil and take more chnaces down field. MSU was a good start. He still seems nervous, not a cool customer yet.

If 30 of his last 37 for 347 isn't your definition of a "cool customer" then what is?

I don't know about that.....he seems cool enough and collected enough to manage the game well enough!

Has more to do with the MSU defense disguising the coverage. MSU ran man to man almost all night on the outside and then switched to Zone on that play. RR did what he was supposed to and change his route and find a spot in the zone but the ball was released already.

Even if Randle continued down the sideline it would have been the wrong read given at least 2 defenders were on RR and a 3rd over the top.

And that is the beauty of a good secondary defense, to change the coverage mid read, in order to force mistake. NO QB can read the secondary 100%.

I'd say it was less of a mistake on Lee and RR's part, and more of a just a good play on the part of the MooU secondary. Hey ...it happens.

No, that was a flat out mistake by Lee on the read.

That's not rocket science but a pretty simple read on Lee's part. Has to do a better job there.

RR made a great adjusment on the route.

This quote from the article says it all:
With Lee directing LSU’s offense, the Tigers aren’t just No. 2 in the country and being looked at as a definite national title contender but have consistently moved the ball up and down the field this season. Of course there have been hiccups here and there, but LSU is putting up 36 points a game, is third in the SEC converting 19-of-40 third downs (47.5 percent), are eating up nearly 34 minutes of clock a game, have turned it over just three times and are first in the league in red zone offense, scoring on all 15 tries (12 are touchdowns).

#1 in the sec in redzone offense!!!

Palmer & Pollack on ESPNU giving LSU *lots* of love this afternoon. The D, the secondary, AND Lee.
