I knew it was just fucking too much to hope for an offseason without some kind of drama.

Let's hope it is very small drama :/

At least it happened now instead of a week before kickoff.

Let's hope it wasn't a student. Les has dismissed players for beating up on fellow students.

Hill may have other problems than Miles' wrath. If convicted of battery I think he is in violation of his parole from previous legal issues. He may have just stepped in a pile of shyt.

Maybe it's time to institute a zero tolerance policy for this shit. It's really not that fucking hard to NOT get arrested.

Yes, I realize that an arrest does not equal guilt but maybe if these guys realize how much they are throwing away with one fuck up, they will stay away from situations that can lead to getting arrested.

I would assume Hill had some conditions to meet and adhere to prior to Miles even taking him on the team to begin with? I assume he started with one strike already.

This may sound really ignorant, but if no one is injured, and no harm done, then make the kid run stadiums for 4 hours every Saturday for 3 months. Its a bar fight, and from what I understand no one is in the hospital, and no one is confiscating shoes.

I just have a really hard time with kicking kids off teams and ruining their lives over pot, or a stupid misdemeanor if no one was hurt. Let Tyrann come in and speak to Jeremy. Then run his ass off in the heat in Death Valley. He won't do it again. It's not like he robbed his fellow students and beat the shit out of them with a group of others and left them for dead on campus.
