How come he is not listed by Rivals as a commitment for the 2012 class? Does he count toward this class?

Rivals has a rule if you don't play anywhere the previous season you don't count. Not a very smart concept given these rankings are supposed to be about the incoming class.

Another thing that hurts us in the rankings is all the LBs we got. Part of their formula includes filling positions of need and by filling the position with a few wouldn't hurt your ranking but a stable like we have actually decreases our point total.

I like this class alot. Screw the rankings. There are some really outstanding players in this group that can contribute right away. Danielle Hunter is an absolute nightmare and Feist, Davis, Mills, Louis, Dural, Phillips, will all be ready to play. Studs.

I think the absolute best part about this class is that NOBODY will have to play right away. they can all take a year to learn their positions and adjust to SEC football before being thrown in the fire. Let's take Phillips for example. I love what he brings. I think he'll be a damn good OLB for us in the future. and who knows, if he comes in and wow's right away let him play. But a year under moffit to completely amp up his body, and a year to learn chavis's system will allow him to be that much better!

Absolutey. If they can wait and develop more then great and if they are too good not to be on the field, that's great too. Win win!
