Saw him playing in an AFL game Sunday (for either Kansas City or Colorado...don't remember). But they said that this was his rookier year. It's been a while since he's been here. Anyone know what he was doing in between?
Found this on the AFL website: --------- Kansas City Brigade Offensive Specialist - OS Height: 5-11 Weight: 185 Years Experience: Rookie College: LSU AFL Notes: Signed as free agent on Nov. 18, 2005 Pro Experience: Played for B.C. Lions of CFL in 2005...spent portions of 2003 rookie season and 2004 season on Buffalo Bills practice squad...attended Washington Redskins minicamp in 2005. 2006 Stats: 92rec 898yds 9.8avg 12TDs ---------------- Hopefully, he'll make the jump back to the NFL. I was wondering about Larry Foster. I know he was with the Lions, but then he disappeared...
Nice stats, hope he makes it back with an NFL team. Have not seen "hide nor hair" of Larry Foster. NOTE: It looks like Larry ended his NFL career in 2005 with the AZ Cards: http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/188491
Yeah, but remember, we're talking about the Arena League here. There was some reciever in that game that I had on (notice I didn't say that I was 'watching' lol) that had caught a TD pass in like 67 straight games. I also remember one of the commentators saying something about the 'red zone.' I was like 'Red zone? In the AFL? Isn't the whole field the red zone?'
ya i had ' a game on' and i happened to see one QB with 8 tds and 0 INTs, the other had 9 and 1. then the WR has like 5 TDs and the commentators barely mention it
