Powe is from Wayne county MS. they always have some tough as nails players. South Panola ( Batesville ) is 44-1 with Derek Pegues playing over the last three years. Who was the one loss to? that's right Wayne county 2 years ago for the state 5A championship. Powe is fer real peeps. I've seen this guy and he is a bulldozer on jet skis. :shock:

Isn't the past wonderful when things are headed South? :grin: Seriously, I take nothing away from what LSU accomplished last year. You got the breaks with the BCS at the end and we didn't. That's the way the cookie crumbles. But I have said over and over here that I am content with our season and what the guys accomplished after being ranked 17th to begin the season. I am perfectly happy with our season and would love to go 13-0 every year regardless of whethe we win the NC. I think a lot of you guys would rather USC win the NC than Auburn is spite of your avowed hatred for them.
As your precious 13 wins keep getting farther and farther into the past, I am sure you will keep reminding yourself of this. I am sure it will hit you really hard midway through the SEC part of the football season and you will start repeating that above phrase to yourself even more.

Actually I would rather Auburn win the NC over USC any day of the week. All my jabs at you guys are all in fun, I respect your program and what you guys did this year. Don't take any of this to heart.
