I agree. Though he may have been asked to go upstairs for a questionable reason, his refussal and resistance led to his arrest.
Yeah. Pretty crappy on behalf of the cops, but you kinda gotta do what you're asked. I'm sure there's some type of policy that you agree to when you step foot in a venue. Hate it for him
