No CWS since 1999, an 11th anmd 9th place finish in the SEC in recent years. I think we should go in another direction myself.

I heard on an update on The Score yesterday that some are saying Horton is a 'slam dunk.' But then again, that's exactly what Tenet said about WMD's, so.......

I think Wells would be more of the same...good, but not great. We need someone more energetic.

I''ve said it all along that Horton is the guy... but is he too old and can LSU lure him in?

Too old? He's only 52. I guess at your age anyone over 30 is ancient, but trust me, 52 is not old. I think Horton would be the best choice we can make. However, he is a California man who coaches at his alma mater. It may be tough to get him to leave Fullerton and move down here. It has been mentioned that he would not be a good fit in the SEC because he could not recruit well in the South, but I disagree. Let's go for him.

    52 really isn't old

if he does his thing, he can be here 9-10 years at the least

    that is pretty damn good...

I agree, good coach but I don"t think he would do all that much beter than Smoke. Horton would be my first choice followed by Bianco.
