If the rumors of Miles overuling some of Jimbo's play calls are true, then he will leave when the right opportunity presents.
Jimbo runs a deriviative of the Bowden offense: lots of draws, slant passes and going deep to keep the defense honest. Remember, he played and coached for Terry at Samford and Auburn. Tommy was Terry's offensive coordinator at first at AU and Jimbo was QB coach. I am not sure UNC will want to bring a coach in who would make them look just like Clemson (who's good this year, the VPI game notwithstanding) and Florida State (who's bad this year). Jimbo will have an opportunity, but I am not sure UNC will bite. GEAUX TIGERS
It happens with all coordinators. Nick did it to him as well. Jimbo may very well leave, but I doubt it will be because of Miles.
