I know you're joking, but it could actually work if he would do what Miles wouldn't do. Just shake hands and kiss babies while letting your coordinators handle the offense and defense 100%. Miles was a great CEO, he just thought he was an OC too, which he clearly is not. If he would have played the CEO role and played hands off with the rest, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
