Any AD worth a penny would have a plan B,C,D and E. A coaching search is a hit and miss operation and can change directions quickly. If he's running a single focus search that would be his biggest mistake in all of this and would clearly indicate that he is not qualified for the job.
The question is whether the boosters are willing to pony up $15 million+ for someone other than Fisher.
Alleva's plan B thru E is to give Miles another extension, raise, and watch this lack of offense run them both out of the country. Say for the sake of argument Miles stays, he loses tonight, then drops the bowl game, and we see this same bullshit all over again next year... bet you anything the media will be jumping all over the Miles needs to go party line.
LMAO, pretty much. Honestly, I'm sick of the whole damn situation. Alleva is a joke as an AD, he has mishandled the situation about as bad as it could be handled. I don't know what to believe at this point, so nothing if Jimbo stays at FSU or comes to LSU wouldn't surprise me. Although I find it difficult to believe he would leave FSU. I just hope Alleva has a secondary plan in the works in case he doesn't. I honestly do not feel Jimbo is much of an upgrade from Miles. I'd rather several coaches over Jimbo.
