Aside from the fact that Canadians rate the quality of their care as "excellent" at a significantly higher rate than most countries including the United States, there are justifiable reasons why wait times there are longer than here.... not least of which is the fact that THAT'S THE ARRANGEMENT THEY PREFER. They are very willing to trade a few waits for excellent service at near zero cost, and even at that their wait times are not unreasonable compared to international averages. Also, because health service is virtually free the typical Canadian makes appointments for treatments that Americans would avoid because of the burden here of having to meet deductibles.
And, on top of all of that, NONE of what you posted indicates that a baby born with heart defects (as was Jimmy Kimmel's son) would die for having to wait in line in Canada, as you so smarmily posited. If you're at risk of dying in Canada you're moved to the front of the line.
And this I'll tell you about wait times.... let's compare Canada's waiting hours to pre-Obamacare waits here: FOREVER. Before Obamacare, 40 million Americans would have to wait FOREVER for health care, and 45000 per year were DYING unnecessarily because of having to wait FOREVER because they had no health coverage. It's HERE, not Canada, where babies born with heart defects would have died because of lack of care.
In a nutshell, you don't know what the hell you're talking about. By the way, here are a few more myths about Canada's system... exploded for you by the AARP:
