Seems like JJ is more nervous this year than last. His feet are moving like crazy from the moment he takes the snap. And sometimes he takes off running when he could just slide a little bit in the pocket..I guess its a feel thing. And for the most part he does seem to stare down his first reciever pretty hard. If his primary target is a receiver on the right, I wish they would tell him to look left for 1.5 to 2 secs, with no intent of throwing that direction, just to keep the defense guessing a little - or maybe do that every other play or something. Then if the primary receiver is not open, give him one check down or run. He really seems to stare a hole through his first target
Ooops. thanks fish. I was in the upper deck in the Superdome at that game and couldn't believe my eyes, but now I know why. :geaux:
