There's no "Quarterback Coach" per se on the staff. Brady is "Passing Game Coordinator/Wide Receivers", and Mickey Joseph is "Wide Receivers Coach"

I thought E is but looked at football staff on the LSU site, and you are correct. There is no QB coach listed. Interestingly, neither E or Arranda are listed as a position coaches. However, there is aso no LB position coach listed. Which leads me to believe that E coahes the QBs and Arranda the Bs even though not listed as such.
They need to let E become a candy striper and retire him no later than next year after 2020 season ... He’s eligible for that HUGE RETIREMENT PENSION HE GONNA GET
Probably a bit naive to think all the Good is Brady and all the bad is E. It's a Gumbo Coach O has going, and that is probably more what is building our success a mixture of ideas. It is built in randomness too, so harder to game plan tendencies when you got two play callers with different processes. So I bet that helps too.
I've felt from the moment they hired Brady that he is unofficially the Offensive Coordinator-in-waiting. The schemes are his, the play calling is a combination of the two, and Ensminger is teaching him the day-to-day functions of an OC. That's how I see it, anyway.
Yeah I been watching that Gumbo-ass E teach or call lotsa conservative plays in the second half of: MSU Auburn Bama I’m guessing that our toddler Brady can handle the finger foods and he’s potty trained by now and get his Geritol Training about done. My only concern is the obvious conservatism that’s crept into our playcalling recently ... I just really wanna see us stomp mud holes in everyone like ALL OF US KNOW THIS TEAM IS CAPABLE OF DOING
