It looks like Alford's gone from Indiana's wish list and is now interviewing for the Mizzou job this week. One question: Why is Brady's agent taking calls? Has your AD cleared Brady to shop around? I guess that's two question, actually. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/news/story?id=2379069 "Sources confirmed that representatives for Missouri have contacted the intermediaries for LSU's John Brady and Pitt's Jamie Dixon to test their interest." Alford had to have AD clearance for him or his agent to speak with anyone.
No, he's been a winner. Brady Bashers are like Democrats. Probation and 9/11 never happened in their eyes.
Probation happened; it didn't cause us to be embarassed against Purdue or UAB. 9/11 happened and Iraq is pretty much unrelated. I shouldn't get into the politics, I just now had to delete a long paragraph unrelated to the real topic of the thread.
You really should keep politics out of this. Most of the biggest Brady bashers I've come across are staunch Republicans and not only accept no excuses for the poor managment of the probation, but take issue with Brady on personal/moral grounds.
That is what agents are suppose to do. Get this best deal for his client. Skip is in the process of redoing Brady's contract. Brady's success this year has made him a hot commodity. It's all part of the game to get your client the best deal you can get. Don't need permission from the AD for an agent to talk to others. Just need permission for direct contact. We have all too much experience with that issue ... see Nick Saban.
Are you freakin idiots aware of the term "analogy"? Jeez, get an education. As far as Purdue and UAB, you children really need to get over the occasional bad performance. All teams have them. What a bunch of babies I have to deal with around here.:dis:
Are you aware that this isn't FSA? With an analogy like that, you know you're going to get Democrats or non-Republicans like myself riled.
