Magic Johnson was only an average free throw shooter in his early NBA career but later became an over 90% shooter. He must have worked on it. Today's players don't have the same work ethic as Magic, Bird and MJ.
Man, did anyone notice at the Tennessee game how many freakin' coaches/trainers/managers Tennessee had. Whenever there was a timeout the coaches would pow-wow in a huddle while the team sat on chairs by themselves. There must have been atleast 12 guys in suits on the floow. So.... The point of all this is what is the max # of coaches a team can have?
