I agree with PP. With RP gone, we need 3 QB that can go, in case 1 gets injured. Hatch and Lee are not proven, we need to spin up JJ in case they don't excel. If RP was here, totally different situation. We got a commit from Sheppard plus the kid from Miss. to come in at QB, no need to "save" JJ for the future. I'd put JJ in late in the game, week 2. Week 1 I'd let him watch, and take in the spectacle of Tiger Stadium on Saturday night, plus I'm expecting Appy St. to put up quite a fight. They have a giant killer reputation to protect, and I expect they will work hard.
