I just spoke to Josh Dworaczyk (6'5", 270, OL) from Catholic of New Iberia a few minutes ago and he told me that he just committed to LSU head football coach Les Miles. Dworaczyk is very happy to be a Tiger. I will have more in my morning update.

solid 3 star recruit but with a good senior year could become a 4 star.:thumb:

Good pickup, but no suprise... He's solid - still only 16 & definitely growing, gained over 50 lbs since the past football season, so there's the possability of a much improved senior year, maybe enough to be a 4 star prospect, but I wouldn't count on it. It'd be more likely to see him move up to a 5.7, but still a 3 star.

maybe as part of his scholarship we could give him some much needed vowels for his name.

16?? I know this might be a foolish question but at what age can a high school student verbally commit to a collegiate program?

We needed 5. With D, we now have 2 so that leaves 3 more to go.

There is no age. Verbals are non-binding. They always have to have their parents signature though when signing day comes I believe, even if 18.
