Judge Ruling: Players' attorneys get video of Varsity Club Fight

none of us know what fisher has seen, but i'm pretty sure there's both inside and outside surveillance at the varsity. so that probably means that fisher saw both inside and outside.

 

I agree. Did Fisher say who he got the video disk from....the court? If so then why was the video in the hands of the courts or DA yet if no charges were filed? Sometimes, the DA and cops will work together and watch the tape to find what charges to bring, if any. The cops want the DA involved to make sure they are charging suspects with something that the DA can convict on ya know? But I don't see where Moreau has any authority to keep the video disk from anyone's lawyers especially with no charges filed.

Like Red said, if the cops have a video either stop messing around and announce it's closed or charge somebody with something. Just watch the tape and decide what to do....takes 10 minutes.

 

I guess that's the question, I'd really like to know.

it is just hearsay, but I have talked to people on both sides of the fence and they all say RP was jumped.

Now, why and what did RP do to get jumped, we don't know, but if you have a spare $20 bill, put it down that RP will be in Alabama Sat.

Odom would be, too, imo if this wouldn't be the last straw.

Yeah I've always heard rumors of the bouncers at the Varsity but I've never went but there is always some bouncers that just take the T-shirt as if it some SuperBadge and have some big egos.
