Miles said in his press conference he was again very upset with his o-line, and that Glenn Dorsey gets through on every play. He said the QBs looked good again, and the RBs looked good. Alley and Luke Sanders were the lone two men held out; alley just for precaution, with Luke Sanders just having a green jersey. He said there were a couple of turnovers, but he said that was more good defense than bad offense, except for 1 turnover which he was very mad with (a fumble). He said this year's defense is worlds ahead of last years at this point in camp.

I figured. I heard some stuff but have no clue if it's true since it came about 6th person, just wanted to see if it matched up.

PC recap for those who can't listen JV, Hester, CS, AR went as tailbacks. AB was rehabbing after practice just normal stuff. Les says need to run the ball better. No spectacular plays. scrimmage was 6 plays x 3 series. then 3rd and long situations. Les said adjustment phase of defense is much much better this year and people out of position was rare. It was 1's vs 2's Said there were plenty of mistakes on the offense and some blocking assignments including mistakes by the backs that caused some missed assignments in pass blocking. Luke is ready to go but held out as a just in case scenario. He has taken contact in practice though. Did live kicking for the first time. Scott is getting much better and will get some playing time this year. No clearing house news but will prolly get some when he goes to the office. Closes practice because he doesn't want every mistake public knowledge. Says nfl scouts ask him a lot of times to come a look at scrimmages. Says they can be a distraction to the players sometimes. Couple of turnovers, not happy with that and one he was really not happy with. (RB fumble) Said he will go over the film later and will know a lot more. Dorsey had a great day going against #2s. Saturday scrimmage will be full scrimmage 100 plays. Kicking situations, passing, and everything.
there were 2 fumbles. beckwith recovered one. Highsmith made a nice TFL JR had 2 tds, one was in 3rd and 7 situation past the 15. One to bowe and one to walkon to McManus(sp?) RB and OLINE got stuffed a lot. all from micheal Kabul(sports2) from channel 2 sports. This is all les would say to them.
I was told by an equipment manager: -that qbs looked real real good again. -Dorsey is unblockable and gets through every play no matter what. -Miles was pissed with the oline -Alley was the only one held out. Luke Sanders wore a green jersey. -Miles was very very pissed about the fumble but My friend wasn't paying attention to who fumbled or who caused it but that it was a rb. - Defense is gonna be really really good this year and is worlds ahead of the Offense right now. -RBs looked very good besides the one fumble, but the younger guys missed some blocks on pass plays. JV looked very good.
