ASU lost because the LSU fans ripped the drunk ASu dudes sign....do you remember the look in his eyes... I thought he was going to cry.... :geauxtige
laughing.... Some ASU dude had made a sign that was supposrtive of LSU and Katrina victims. Later in the afternoon he walks up to Aztiger03 and says something like "We try to be nice and look what some LSU fan did to our sign!!!" (showing ripped sign)... Aztiger03 says very sternly to his face "Did I do it?" .. ASU fan, "No" .. Aztiger03 "Then why the hell are you coming to ME?" He walked off sulking. :hihi: :rofl:
Judging by his state of mind and drunkedness, he likely did it himself and did not realize it. He was one of the thirty or so who had been chugging strawberry hill earlier in the afternoon.
A couple more things that come to mind about my trip.... I damn near hit a deer on I-10 in Texas. Those deer crossing signs are there for a reason!! Scared the mess outta my gf who was asleep at the time. I am glad I was alert, the deer would have won that collision with her Saturn. There was an elderly couple, LSU fans, who we happened across every few hours on our trip to Tempe... Usually at gas stations or rest areas.. We'd exchange smiles and waves each time. We saw them at least five times during the trip there. They were making the drive in their elderly years that many of us would not dare make at all.
that asu fan had no idea where he was and what he was doing. Thank god they dont get many big games in Tempe.... they could not ever fill the stadium....weak
Wait a second, you made that whole drive in a SATURN? The level of difficulty for that trip just went up a few notches.
Why, because a Saturn is so small? I made the trip in a Mitsubishi Eclipse, 3 people inside that small car. It was hella hard. Some things I noticied about ASU. -Lots of hot girls. But they dressed like sluts. The sluttiest campus I have ever seen. -ASU started making fun of us for wearing purple, yet they were wearing maroon as if that color is remotely more straight than purple. I will go ahead and say that maroon is gayer than purple. -Hardly if any tailgating. It was boring pre-game. -The ASU were very nice throughout the whole game. I only had one guy flip me off, which caught me off guard because I was expecting a whole lot more. -Their campus had a real high tech look to it, like it was all brand new. In fact the whole city of Tempe had that look. That was nice.
