Just hiring a new OC won't be nearly good enough, unless:

However, HE DID NOT do ANYTHING about developing QB depth in 2012.

True. I believe he was too busy trying to develop the QB who was our starter and needed as many reps as possible to improve. Too many times, we were fighting for our lives until the final minutes of a game. So it was what it was.

You know what I find silly? That some believe Miles would make a change if it were he calling the offense on a regular basis. I said it at the end of the season. If he made a change then it truly was Studawa running things on offense. If Miles refused to say there was anything wrong then he had the reigns. It's common sense to me...but I guess it's just me.

Logic has no place in this conversation, sir. Take it somewhere else. ;)

Agreed. But looking ahead to this season, we've got an experienced starter in Mett, 2 backups who have at least taken live snaps in Rivers and Bolden, and 2 incoming freshman with outstanding cred to be developed. I'd say this is the best QB situation we've been in since Russell and Flynn.
