It was the same way in 2001 with Tennessee who scarfed up the tickets that are sold locally. Businesses buy a lot of them, and many are "packaged" with other things, hotels etc. Its more or less like that with most of the bowls. There were more LSU people scattered throughout the Dome outside the areas reserved for LSU than it was 2 years ago though.
